Director of Operations, South Carolina

John M. Simons serves as the Director of Operations for South Carolina, bringing decades of experience in security leadership, operational planning, and field supervision. John is responsible for directing field operations, implementing patrol strategies, and ensuring operational readiness across all assignments. As a founding member of B.A. Folk, PLLC, Jeremy brings extensive experience in civil litigation, employment, education, and civil rights law. A seasoned trial attorney and certified Superior Court mediator, he is known for his ability to navigate complex legal challenges and craft practical solutions that protect organizational interests and strengthen operational accountability.

Jeremy’s diverse background includes representing both private entities and individuals in high-stakes cases involving due process, discrimination, and compliance with state and federal regulatory frameworks. His legal insight plays a key role in supporting Task Force Protection’s mission to deliver professional, ethical, and legally sound security services.

In addition to his practice, Jeremy has taught civil procedure, agency and partnership, and legal writing at North Carolina Central University School of Law and volunteers with the North Carolina State Bar’s Lawyer Assistance Program.

Task Force Protection Security Personnel have a valid Guard Card, Onsite field training, and are drug tested. Our personnel have been fully trained for their specified positions.

Fully Licensed, Insured & Bonded

Task Force Protection is fully Licensed, Insured & Bonded. We carry an insurance policy that pays up to $1 Million per occurrence in which it includes property damage, bodily injury, etc.

Electronic Reporting

No more lost paper logs. Our agency has adopted an electronic reporting system that stores all information in a secure cloud. All activity is logged and coded for your review electronically – From property damage, encounters, hourly reports and tracking and is available for your review 24/7.
