As a founding member of B.A. Folk, PLLC, Jeremy brings extensive experience in civil litigation, employment, education, and civil rights law. A seasoned trial attorney and certified Superior Court mediator, he is known for his ability to navigate complex legal challenges and craft practical solutions that protect organizational interests and strengthen operational accountability.
Jeremy’s diverse background includes representing both private entities and individuals in high-stakes cases involving due process, discrimination, and compliance with state and federal regulatory frameworks.
