Together, We Build the Future of Task Force Protection
October 20, 2025
To All Team Members
For the past ten years, Task Force Protection has stood apart. We haven’t followed the industry. We’ve redefined it. And at the heart of that difference, at the very core of our success, is you. Every single member of this team. You are not a number. You are not a line on a payroll. You are the reason this company exists, and you are the reason we are able to innovate, grow, and serve with excellence.
Titles, responsibilities, hierarchy—these are just words. They do not separate us. They define roles, not worth. We stand shoulder to shoulder with you. We lead because it is our responsibility, not because we are above you. And together, we can shape something bigger than any one of us: a company built on respect, integrity, and collaboration.
We know we haven’t always achieved everything we’ve aimed for. Our efforts to provide health, dental, and vision benefits have been met with financial realities that have held us back. For a small company like ours, the cost—over $120,000 annually—is more than our combined monthly operating expenses across North and South Carolina. But we are not deterred. We are committed to exploring every avenue to improve, to do more for you, because without you, there is no Task Force Protection. We are bigger than any individual, and the company is bigger than me. It belongs to all of us, and together, we have a tremendous opportunity to shape its future.
Compensation, recognition, opportunity—these are things we are actively addressing. We understand the market is competitive, and we also know we can set ourselves apart. Not just through pay, but through culture, respect, and transparency. We want every employee to feel heard, valued, and involved. We believe that leadership is not a privilege—it is an obligation, a responsibility to be accountable to every member of this company.
That is why I am excited to announce a new initiative, one that is unprecedented: beginning in November, we are inviting every member of Task Force Protection to participate in monthly virtual meetings. These meetings will take place on the second Friday of each month, and they are designed with one purpose: to include you in the life of this company. We will share updates on new contracts, company growth, policy changes, client feedback, staffing news, and upcoming initiatives. We will spotlight individuals and teams who exemplify excellence. We will focus on training and development, from safety procedures to leadership skills. Department briefs will ensure everyone knows what’s happening across the company. We will review financials, investments, and plans to improve our operations and infrastructure. And we will open the floor to you—for questions, concerns, ideas, and feedback. At the end, we will recap key takeaways, action items, and reminders, reinforcing our culture, our values, and our shared goals.
These meetings are voluntary, but they are essential. Not because attendance alone matters, but because your voice matters. Your insight, your questions, your ideas—they shape the company. They make us better. This is not just a meeting. This is a movement toward full transparency, shared responsibility, and mutual respect. It is our commitment to make sure Task Force Protection is not just a company you work for, but a company you are part of, a team you believe in, and a future you help create.
We are asking you to join us. To participate. To engage. To take ownership of the work we do together. Because this company is all of us. Together, we will continue to redefine what a security company can be. Together, we will continue to lead. And together, we will continue to grow—not just in numbers, but in trust, respect, and excellence.
Thank you for your dedication, your hard work, and your belief in Task Force Protection. The next chapter begins with all of us, and it begins now.
