The Task Force standard

A uniform is visible.
The operation behind it matters more.

Professional security is not created by simply placing someone at a property. It requires the right service model, qualified personnel, clear responsibilities, operational support, useful documentation, and leaders who remain accountable for the outcome.

Task Force Protection brings those pieces together into one managed security operation—designed around the property, its people, its hours, and the risks that matter most.

Protective services

Different needs.
The right response.

Every service is built for a different operational problem. We help determine the appropriate model instead of forcing every property into the same answer.

01 · Mobile PatrolNighttime only · 6 PM–6 AM

Professional presence
without a static post.

For properties that do not need an officer stationed on site all night, Mobile Patrol provides scheduled and randomized checks by armed officers moving between contracted locations.

  • Marked law-enforcement-style patrol vehicles
  • Professional patrol dispatch and telecommunications
  • Response to calls for service at contracted properties
  • Body-worn cameras activated during incidents
  • Electronic activity and incident reporting

02 · On-site SecurityArmed or unarmed

A dedicated officer.
A defined assignment.

Professionally uniformed and outfitted officers remain at the property during scheduled hours and perform responsibilities established through post orders and the client’s operating requirements.

  • Access, visitor, contractor, and delivery control
  • Foot patrols and observation of priority areas
  • Policy support and professional public interaction
  • Incident response within training and authority
  • Daily activity and incident documentation

03 · Fire WatchDedicated life-safety coverage

When fire protection is impaired,
the watch cannot be distracted.

Fire Watch provides continuous, documented monitoring when alarm or sprinkler systems are impaired, during hot work, or when required by a municipality or authority having jurisdiction.

  • Assigned patrol routes and required intervals
  • Observation for smoke, fire, and unsafe conditions
  • Detailed fire-watch logs and documentation
  • Immediate notification and emergency escalation
  • Fire-watch responsibilities only—no unrelated duties

How protection becomes an operation

Built before
the first shift.

The quality of service depends on what happens before, during, and after an officer is in the field. Our operating process turns a client’s needs into clear responsibilities and an accountable plan.

01
Understand

Assess the property.

We review the location, operating hours, current concerns, access patterns, people, assets, procedures, and the result the client expects.

02
Structure

Design the assignment.

We identify the appropriate service model, coverage schedule, priority areas, officer responsibilities, reporting standards, and escalation path.

03
Prepare

Ready the personnel.

Officers are selected for the role, credentials are verified, expectations are communicated, and site-specific post orders provide operational direction.

04
Perform

Execute consistently.

Personnel carry out the assignment with professional presentation, documented activity, supervisory support, and measured action based on the circumstances.

05
Improve

Review the outcome.

Leadership reviews performance, follows up on incidents, addresses changing conditions, and adjusts the plan when the property’s needs evolve.

We invest behind the scenes

Infrastructure
is part of protection.

We invest in the systems, equipment, leadership, and procedures that make field service dependable. Clients should not have to manage the security company they hired to manage security.

01

Local operational leadership

Carolina-based managers provide assignment oversight, field accountability, client communication, and escalation beyond the individual officer.

02

Electronic reporting

Activity and incident records document observations, actions, outcomes, and the information management needs to make decisions.

03

Fleet investment

Mobile Patrol is supported by professionally marked law-enforcement-style vehicles designed to create a visible overnight presence.

04

Officer equipment

Personnel are professionally uniformed and outfitted for the assignment. Mobile Patrol officers use body-worn cameras during incidents under company procedures.

05

Standards & compliance

Licensing, credential verification, post orders, assignment expectations, and operating procedures create a consistent foundation for service.

06

Quality control

Supervisory review, field observation, incident follow-up, and client communication help identify and correct issues instead of allowing them to become patterns.

An officer is the visible part.
The infrastructure makes the service repeatable.

Why we operate differently

Accountability after the shift

If it happened,
the record should be useful.

Reporting is not paperwork for its own sake. It is how clients understand what officers saw, what required attention, what action was taken, and what may need follow-up.

Assignment recordManagement review
DOCUMENTEDObservation.

Property conditions, patrol activity, access concerns, and relevant events are recorded clearly.

ADDRESSEDAction.

The record explains what the officer did, who was contacted, and how the situation progressed.

FOLLOWED THROUGHOutcome.

Supervision and the client have the information needed for review, response, or improvement.
